What is your return policy?
Psylab Studios reserves the right to refuse refund of all or part of the purchase price if it appears the product returned was damaged by the customer while in his or her possession. If an item is defective in any way, please return it for replacement.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via USPS. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, without explanation. Other options, such as rush shipping, are available for an additional charge.
Will you take a check or money order?
Yes. The check must clear before merchandise is sent out. We will also accept money orders.
